CitySnapTerms of Use

CitySnap is provided by HitScore Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). By playing, you agree to these terms. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the matters they cover.
Playing CitySnap
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to play CitySnap on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
Coins
- Coins are an in-game currency for hints and streak freezes. They have no real-money value and can't be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred.
- Coins you buy are added once Apple confirms the purchase. Purchases are final, except where the law or Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com says otherwise. If a purchase is refunded, the coins it added may be removed from your balance.
- Coins are stored on your iPhone. If you delete the app, your coins and progress are deleted too.
CitySnap Premium
- Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through Apple. It removes ads and gives you unlimited hints. The price appears in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- New subscribers may get a free trial. When a trial ends, the subscription starts automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- The subscription renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
- You can manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
Ads
The free version of CitySnap shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Advertisers are responsible for their own ads and anything they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data.
Special events and content
Special events run for a limited time, and their stamps and rewards can only be earned while an event runs. We may change event dates, puzzles, cities, prices and rewards, or add and remove content, as the game develops. The artwork, photos and everything else in CitySnap belong to us or our licensors.
Fair play
Please don't modify, reverse-engineer or tamper with the app, exploit bugs to gain coins or rewards, or use CitySnap in a way that breaks the law. We may fix or remove anything gained that way.
No warranty
CitySnap is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, HitScore Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
